Suicide is the third leading cause of death for teens and second leading cause of death in college age students. In a recent CDC Youth Risk Survey it was found that 25% of high-school students have ideas about suicide, and that in the last year 1 out of every 12 high-school students attempted suicide. It is a huge issue among teens today, and parents should be more aware as teens are crying out for help.
