STudio Portrait Assignment--Lighting Diagram and Select

Below is the one-light select I chose (the multiple light one was good, but I liked this one better) the caption is already on the photograph. And the lighting diagram is below as well. Amy Bruer was a wonderful subject to photograph. She has this sort of inner-child that comes out in her eyes when she smiles and gets into taking the pictures or when she is passionate or curious about a subject of discussion.

Eve Arnold is probably best known for her portraits of Marilyn Monroe on the set of "Misfits", but her talent for capturing individuals in a variety of poses, environments and with the ability to always capture the essence of their emotions is what drew me to her. The subject doesn't even have to be looking at the camera for the viewer to feel an emotive response. Below are a couple of portraits I really like of hers.
